CASH BASH RULES

• Must have a Cash Bash Ticket and photo ID to enter event. Only one person admitted per ticket. No one under 21 years of age shall be admitted.
• Doors open at noon—refreshments start at 1:00pm and end at 5:00pm
• Event Hours: Cash Bash Drawings begin at 1:00 pm with last Drawing at 6:00 pm.

Cash Bash Event begins at 12:00 pm (noon) with doors opening and ends at 6:30pm upon completion of “Live” music.

• Need not be present to win. Winners not present shall be notified by phone or mail. Unclaimed prizes shall be mailed to winners within one week of event.”
• You can win more than once
• Any unsold tickets become the property of LEO-ONLY
• Income tax on the cash prizes are the responsibility of the winner
• Only registered ticket holders may claim the prizes won
• No one may enter event without a ticket. If tickets are sold out, guests may enter event for $15.00 per person payable at the door. (due to cost of food we had to raise prices)
• Additional raffles and drawings will be available throughout the event at additional costs.
• There is a $30.00 fee on all returned checks
• No personal coolers, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages allowed into the event.
• All decisions of LEO-ONLY are deemed final.
• Each ticket has four random cash bash numbers on it. Each ticket has four chances to win each of the 57 prizes to be awarded during the event. Even if you win, your four cash bash numbers are valid for the next drawing. All four of your numbers are valid for each cash bash drawing throughout the entire event. It is possible for you to win all 57 prizes with one cash bash ticket.
• A full list of winning numbers will be available at the Pottstown Elks lodge beginning November 26, 2021
• A list of winners will be placed on the www.leo-only.org web site
• In the unforeseen event that two or more tickets are identical, Cash prizes will be divided evenly between the winners.
• Event staff reserves the right to refuse service to any patron for any reason
• Tickets presented, however are shown on roster as not being paid for or stubs returned, will not be honored until verified as being legitimate.

• The live drawings and refreshments are contingent on the COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of the drawing. The winning numbers will be drawn on “FACEBOOK LIVE” beginning on November 20, 2021 @ 1:00 pm.
